ART • PSYCHOLOGY • TRANSFORMATION

You may feel stuck, burnt out, or disconnected, but that doesn’t mean your story is over.

Art is how humans make sense of their lives.

Think of what it was like to be a kid.

Building forts, drawing cartoons, humming melodies and dancing along, creating and living in a fantastic story world with your friends.

This is how we’re made to discover ourselves! Art and creativity is how we connect, celebrate, mourn, heal, and grow.

But for many of us, it’s also something we won’t allow ourselves to do unless we do it “perfectly.” Unless all our responsibilities are taken care of.

We lose touch with our creative spark, and we suffer. We feel boring and greige and uninspired. We struggle to express parts of ourselves that are deeper than words.

I help women who have lost touch with their creativity and identity.

Women who don’t want to waste any more time silenced and unfulfilled.

Women who know it’s time for a big change and need help charting their course.

How? I blend therapeutic art exercises and cognitive psychology-informed coaching to help you rediscover your voice and vision.

Together, we can create the map to your next adventure.

This is not about “fixing” you.

It’s about seeing yourself clearly again, and sharing yourself authentically with the world.
